The KB Project is a nonprofit created in memory of Kelton Boell. What began as a family’s grief has grown into a mission to support mental wellness, encourage open conversation, and help others feel less alone during difficult moments. Every effort is rooted in compassion, community, and action.
Kelton’s story
Kelton was known for his kindness, quiet strength, and love for the outdoors. He had a way of making people feel seen without needing attention for himself. To those closest to him, he was thoughtful, loyal, and deeply caring.
After losing Kelton, his family chose to honor his life by creating something meaningful. The KB Project exists to carry forward the values Kelton lived by and to turn loss into purpose by helping others find support, hope, and connection when they need it most.
Kelton’s original hand-drawn sketch became the foundation for The Kelton Boell Project logo.
Mission & Impact
The mission of The KB Project is to promote mental wellness, reduce stigma around mental health, and provide real support to individuals and families in need. We serve youth, families, and communities by funding programs that encourage awareness, early intervention, and access to help.
All funds raised directly support mental health initiatives, suicide prevention efforts, scholarships, and community programs. Every donation is used with intention to create lasting, positive impact where it matters most.
